AMI 0–3 Trainer | Mentor | Consultant

My Experience

I am an AMI 0–3 Trainer, mentor, and consultant working with guides, schools, and families across different countries.

With more than 22 years of experience in Montessori education, I support environments where Montessori principles are lived with consistency, intention, and respect for the child.

At the center of my work is the relationship between the child, the adult, and the environment.

I accompany guides, assistants, and school communities in bringing Montessori principles into daily practice—not as an ideal, but as something lived and experienced in real contexts.

This often begins with observation and unfolds through reflection, dialogue, and small but meaningful shifts in practice.

My Work

My work includes:

Training and mentoring guides in Montessori environments
Leading workshops and professional development for schools
Supporting environments through observation and consultation
Working with families to better understand and support early development

I have worked with Montessori communities across different countries, both in person and online, supporting a wide range of contexts and needs.

I believe that supporting the child's development begins with the adult's preparation and the environment.

"We must observe the present to prepared the future."
