Supporting Schools and Early Childhood Programs
Creating and sustaining a Montessori environment requires ongoing observation and alignment across the adult community.
At times, programs encounter challenges related to consistency, communication, or environmental preparation. These moments offer an opportunity to strengthen practice.
I work with schools and early childhood programs to support developmentally aligned environments that respond to children's needs.
Consultation and Observation
Consultation and observation provide an opportunity to look closely at the environment, the adult role, and the classroom's overall functioning.
This work is collaborative and grounded in observation, offering practical recommendations that support both immediate adjustments and long-term development.
Ongoing Mentoring and Program Support
Ongoing mentoring offers a space for clarity, professional growth, and alignment within the team.
It supports the integration of Montessori principles into daily work, strengthening consistency, communication, and the overall functioning of the environment.

Areas of Support
These are some of the areas we may explore together:
- Preparation and refinement of the environment
- Observation and interpretation of children’s behavior
- Consistency across the adult community
- Roles and communication within the team
- Daily rhythms and transitions
- Supporting independence and engagement
- Language, movement, and development
- Guidance for assistants and new staff
Workshops and Professional Development

Sessions can be adapted to your team's needs and may focus on specific topics or broader areas of development.
