CLASSROOM CONSULTATION
Observation of the Environment + Mentoring
Observation-based consultations provide clear, respectful, and practical guidance grounded in Montessori principles.
These consultations support alignment between Montessori principles and daily practice within the environment.
One Classroom — $450
• Morning observation (2 hours)
• One-hour meeting with Lead Teacher and Assistant
• Meeting with Administration
• Written summary of observations
Two Classrooms — $650
• Morning observation of each classroom
• One-hour meeting with each teaching team
• Meeting with Administration
• Written summary of observations
Additional meetings — $125 per hour
ONGOING SUPPORT
Ongoing mentoring for teaching teams or leadership can be arranged following the initial consultation.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops offer opportunities for collective reflection and deeper exploration of Montessori practice within the school community.
These sessions are interactive and designed to connect Montessori principles with daily work in the environment.

Workshop fees are based on standard group sizes. An adjusted fee may apply to groups with more than 30 participants.
